Vista Ephemeral

This was recorded in November 2010, around the same time as Solway Firth. I recorded a sample from one of the most satanic voice-modifying toys I’ve ever come across for SF, which I though was too evil to be only a subtle texture in a song. So I made this song with that sample as the core element (which I’ve processed at different speeds for more hideousness).

I was heavily inspired by H.P Lovecraft’s ‘Pickman’s Model’ and ‘The Music of Eric Zann’ when I made this.
